I'm currently a Service Design Manager at Air Canada. I previously worked at Maple Leafs Sports and Entertainment where I conducted research on the application of emerging technologies in professional sports. Prior to that, I worked in IBM's consulting practice working with clients in the banking/financial services industry. Having gained experience across multiple different industries (aviation, sports, consulting, education), I bring a diverse, unique perspective to my work.
