Hi! I'm Ifrah Yousuf, an experience researcher and multidisciplinary designer specializing in service and UX design.

I focus on leveraging research insights to create inclusive and user-friendly products and experiences. With a background spanning industries such as aviation, sports, consulting, and education, I bring a multidisciplinary approach and a broad perspective to my work.
